Five workouts a week, written by me and loaded into the PHP Fitness App. A video for every move. Me on the other end of the chat. You show up, press play and do the work. I'll handle the plan.
Nothing's wrong with you. You just need a plan that survives real life.
The alarm goes off and you're already behind. "This week I'm starting for real." You said that last Monday too.
A work thing runs late. Kid has practice. The gym bag rides around in the trunk all week.
You bought it in January. Now it holds the clothes you haven't put away.
Your knees didn't used to talk to you on the way up. Now they've got a whole lot to say.
You wander from machine to machine, scroll your phone between sets and leave not sure you did anything.
You promise yourself again. Monday comes. Week two, something comes up, and you're back to zero.
"I'm over 40 too. I hear the snaps and pops. My kids are getting older, my clients keep me busy, and I still need my energy HIGH. So I don't wing it, and I'm not letting you wing it either."
Coach Jamal Powers
Flex Forever is the fix for Monday. Your workout is already in your phone when you wake up. You open it, press play and get it done. If the day goes sideways, you message me and I'll tell you what to cut and what to keep. No starting over. Ever.
No more wandering the gym. Same rhythm every week, so you walk in knowing exactly what today is for. The weights go up. The job stays the same.

Back squat is the main lift. Legs and hips, heavy. Then we finish with conditioning.

Bench press is the main lift. Chest, shoulders and a strong upper back to balance it.

Barbell RDL is the main lift. Hamstrings, glutes and everything back there that holds you up.

Volume day. Ten rounds of 15 on curls, presses, squats and thrusters. Go unbroken if you can.

Easy cardio, mobility and a light circuit. Train hard, recover harder. Don't skip it.
Day 1, exactly how it shows up in the app. This is what you open at 5:45 instead of guessing. No filler. Every piece has a job.
3 minutes on the foam roller, a 1-minute wall sit and 12 knee extensions each side.
Get the knees and hips warm before they carry weight.Hamstring holds and curls, slow kettlebell split squats (3 seconds down), 15 kettlebell swings.
This is where we protect the knees and hamstrings. Every session. Safety over errthang.Every minute on the minute, rotate through: dumbbell lunge hold, 6 back squats at 80% of your max, sled pull, barbell hip thrust.
Set a clock for 20 minutes and get after it. Heavy work, good reps, heart rate up.Water. Breathe. Reset.
Five rounds of 5 minutes on the rower or bike at Zone 2 to 3, a pace you could still talk at.
Build the engine. You should be able to talk the whole time.Random workouts make you tired. A plan makes you stronger. Every program runs 12 weeks, the way strength coaches train, then you start fresh with a new one. Miss a day? You pick up where you are. Nobody goes back to week one. Here's how the main lifts move in the first four weeks.
Learn the rhythm. Clean reps.
Heavier work, easier cardio.
Same sessions. The bar should move better. Log it.
Still a training week. Your knees and back will thank you before the next block goes heavy.

Every load is a percentage of your own max, so 80% is your 80%. First year lifting, coming back after the kids, or ten years in, you do the same workout at the level that fits you today.
Lighter loads, dumbbells or a goblet squat in place of the barbell, and the videos to learn every move right.
Run the percentages, log your numbers and watch them climb block to block.
Heavier percentages, tighter EMOMs and real conditioning that keeps you sharp.
Knee barking? Shoulder that clicks when you reach for the top shelf? Only got 30 minutes before pickup? Message me in the app and I'll give you the swap.
Flex Forever is written for a gym or a solid home setup. Here's the real list, so the bike in the bedroom finally earns its spot.
Every piece has a swap, and I'll give it to you in the chat. Building a home setup? These are the exact pieces I recommend.

Most of the folks I coach have jobs, kids and a bad knee or two. Same as me. They're the ones everybody leans on, running on empty. They want to get off the floor with the kids without a hand on the couch and still have gas in the tank at the end of the day. You don't have to be a pro to train like one. Percentages, a real plan, pre-hab every session and recovery built in.

Paloff hold · 6 barbell RDL at 80% · 10 hamstring curls · 12 wall balls
Easy walk, stretching and breathing

Yes. Every load is a percentage of your own max, and every move has a video. Start lighter, use the dumbbell versions, and message me when you want a swap. If you'd like a program built only for beginners first, the FLEX 40 Beginner track is a great on-ramp.
A barbell and plates, dumbbells, a kettlebell, a bench and a rower, bike or stairmaster. A sled, wall ball and bands are nice to have. Missing something? I'll give you a swap. My equipment list shows what I recommend.
Days 1 to 3 run on a 45-minute clock. Day 4 is a longer volume day, and Day 5 is easy recovery work you can do at your own pace.
Everyone gets the same weekly program, written by me, and you adjust the loads to your own max. I'll help with swaps in the chat. If you want a plan built around your labs and goals, that's private coaching.
